Incredible or a word something like it would be best to describe FTF's latest Keipi Journey, this time to the Georgia Republic.
Vardzia, a cave fortress from a bygone era, now re-inhabited by monks.
Tusheti, a national park full of beauty and stars that take your breath away.
Polka, a small town with a convent and a potential site for FTF.
These places are just a few of the stops we made during our Journey through an ancient land filled with incredible sites and vibrant people. And if the sites weren't enough, the wine (oh the wine!!) and food (look up Kachapuri sometime) kept us more than sustained as we explored.
Our sojourners couldn't believe at times the hospitality and warmth displayed by the people and to say we are itching to return would be an understatement.
If you are interested in seeing an amazing country and helping FTF grow, please visit here. You can find a gallery of pictures from our Journey at the bottom. And if you would just like to know more, please give John Heers a call and start a conversation!
We hope to see you all very soon!!
